Snap Happy Holiday

Q. what happens when you put a husband, a new digital camera and a three week holiday in New Zealand together?

A. 1000 pictures for his wife to weed through, rotate and journal - gak!

I'm not sure how much of New Zealand Bob actually saw without the lens ;-) .
I will post the photos as soon as I can.
The trip was wonderful, we marvelled at the sprinklers flinging water about as well as the beautiful waterfalls, greenery etc. A lot has changed in 20 years - since my good friend and I did our big hitch-hiking adventure in the '80's but none of the charm of NZ has changed.
This time we drove and camped in a Britz campervan and hiked and the boys biked and we read a lot of books (amazing how literary we can become when there is no TV)
We came home re-energized and tanned and already making plans to go back to NZ as soon as we can.
